Terms
Terms of Use
These baseline terms explain how SignalWise AI should be used during the pilot and early customer delivery stage.
Beta and pilot status
SignalWise AI is currently in pilot-stage development. Features, pricing, workflows and report formats may change as the product matures and partner feedback is incorporated.
Advisory reporting
Reports are advisory and intended to support technical and commercial decision-making. They do not guarantee remediation outcomes, network performance, availability or regulatory compliance.
Engineering judgement
SignalWise AI is designed to support engineers, MSPs and infrastructure teams. It does not replace qualified engineering validation, site surveys, live diagnostics or change-control processes.
User responsibility for evidence
Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded evidence is accurate, lawful to share, relevant to the audit and redacted where necessary under their own privacy, security or customer obligations.
No unauthorised uploads
Users must not upload data they do not have permission to share, including confidential third-party material, regulated personal data or credentials that are not required for the audit.
Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, unauthorised access, offensive content, abusive behaviour, security testing without permission or attempts to disrupt the platform.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignalWise AI is not liable for indirect loss, operational disruption, remediation decisions or consequences arising from reliance on advisory reports without appropriate validation.
Commercial terms
Pilot, partner and enterprise scopes may be agreed separately in writing. Payment, delivery and support expectations should be confirmed before any paid engagement begins.
Reports should be reviewed by appropriately qualified technical teams before network changes, purchases or remediation work are approved.
