SignalWise AI is designed for privacy-conscious network audit reporting. This page explains the data collected during account use, uploaded evidence handling, contact forms and pilot conversations.
What data is collected
SignalWise AI collects information users provide directly, including account data, contact form submissions, company details, site context, audit inputs, generated reports and operational metadata required to deliver the service.
Uploaded files
Users may upload floorplans, diagrams, notes, speed tests, screenshots, CSV/TXT exports, PDFs and other audit evidence. Uploaded evidence should be limited to what is needed for the audit and redacted where appropriate.
Account and contact data
Account information is used to provide access to the platform. Contact form submissions are used to respond to pilot, partner, commercial and support enquiries.
Analytics
The site is prepared for privacy-aware page, CTA and form conversion analytics. Analytics should be used to understand product interest and improve the website without invasive tracking.
How data is used
Submitted data is used to create audit reports, respond to enquiries, operate the service, improve the workflow and support customer or pilot conversations. SignalWise AI does not require live network access for the current audit workflow.
Retention
Audit data and contact submissions are retained only for service delivery, support, pilot validation and legitimate operational needs. More granular retention controls are part of the enterprise roadmap.
Deletion requests
Users can request deletion of contact submissions, account information or audit evidence where legally and operationally possible by emailing contact@signalwiseai.co.uk.
Security
Access controls, upload limits, hashed one-time recovery tokens and a restricted account activity ledger are used in the current platform. Future controls include customer-controlled deletion, configurable retention and enterprise identity federation.
