What we collect
We collect the information you submit directly, including account details, site details, network notes, uploaded evidence, contact submissions, and payment-related metadata required to process your audit.
How we use it
We use submitted data to create audit reports, provide account access, process payments, respond to enquiries, and improve service delivery. We do not require live network access to deliver the core version of the service.
Data handling
Uploaded material should be limited to what is necessary for the audit. Access to audits is scoped to the submitting customer account and authorised admin users.
